The grand opening of the new entrance to Pinewood Studios November 2007
Expressit Flowers was requested to provide Pinewood Studios with displays in all areas that the queen would visit like the new entrance, studio blocks and Heatherdon Hall.
We also created a posy of flowers to be presented to the queen.
As you can see by the 2 pictures I used a selection of colours as I didn’t know what she would be wearing. I made sure I put some freesias in the posy as they are strongly scented.
The comments on all our flowers were fantastic and I was pleased to hear that the queen also took her posy away with her which is good sign.
It was a pleasure to do flowers for the queen to see and we hope we have the opportunity to do this again.
